Gases for Temperature Control during Distribution

Distributing Prepared and Catered Foods Safely

We have a range of flexible, mobile refrigeration solutions to maintain uninterrupted cooling for prepared and convenience dishes en route to the final consumer
Cooling Power on the Go

Once you have finished preparing your convenience dishes, you can rely on us for distribution refrigeration solutions delivering cooling power on demand. These cryogenic systems offer a number of advantages over conventional mechanical options. They reduce your carbon footprint and noise levels, with the added bonus of cost efficiencies and ease of service. Cryogenic refrigerants such as liquid nitrogen (LIN) or liquid carbon dioxide (LIC) are an extremely effective way of keeping prepared food at the right temperature once it leaves your facilities for the event location.

CO2 snow - also known as dry ice - is made by reducing the pressure and temperature of liquid CO2 till it converts into a clean, white snow. This snow can then be compressed under high pressure to form blocks, slices and pellets.

Because dry ice has no taste or smell, is non-poisonous and non-flammable, it is an ideal and highly effective cooling and freezing agent for prepared foods. It is particularly convenient for in-transit cooling of temperature-sensitive products such as multi-ingredient dishes. Once prepared foods leave your plant, CO2 snow can thus help to ensure an uninterrupted cold chain right up to the consumer.

As one of the leading suppliers of dry ice, we offer a range of flexible, one-stop solutions that leverage the cooling power of CO2 snow for the refrigeration of prepared foods. Our dispensing devices are available in a wide range of sizes and types, so there is a snow delivery system to meet your needs.

All of our dry ice products and services comply with the latest HACCP rules and regulations and we are gradually moving towards more environmentally aware packaging options.
